Company OKR Examples & Team Alignment - OKRexamples.co (2023)

Company Objectives act as your north star leading the way for your team. So, overarching Company Objectives should be the first ones you set. This focus is what departments and teams use to set their contributing OKRs.

On the company level, the Objective is all you need, don’t worry about setting Key Results. Key Results on the company level often turn into high-level KPIs, and there’s no value in repeating them here. Company Objectives move forward with the progress of Team OKRs.

Setting quarterly Company Objectives proves greater focus and better goal alignment. Annual Objectives tend to become too broad, high-level, and vague. However, if you do set an annual Objective, always define the quarterly focus areas for teams.
